Virgin olive oil
Our extra virgin olive oil is derived from the Koroneiki olive, which is widely regarded as the world's best olive. It is renowned for its high concentration of polyphenols (antioxidants) and monounsaturated fats, as well as for being the world's freshest and most balanced tasting oil.
Each October, we handpick our Koroneiki olives while they are still green and press them within hours of harvest. This results in a very low acidity of between 0.2 and 0.4 percent maximum each harvest year for our extra virgin olive oil.
